IT takes ten years to grow trees, but a hundred years to cultivate people. Hozel electronics "talents forest" concept is implied so. The concept of "talents forest" is to combine the different belief, different functions, different stages of development of each Hozel staff to set up different talent development projects, from the excellent practice of management trainee projects to the leadership development projects of senior management, to build a structured talents development projects. Now, the "talents forest" has begun to show signs of life, and some of the employees who have gone through different learning and development projects have gone from lemon to sunflower and started to take charge of themselves.
